Barnes Hydraulic Services workshop has been fitted out with the latest equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance to a wide varity of machinery. These include a hydraulic test bench, hose swaging machine capable of pressing hydraulic hoses to 2”, 100T hydraulic press, 2500mm panbrake, metal lathe with 2mtrs between centres and 760mm swing, milling machine and CNC Plasma cutter. This ensures we complete all works to the highest of standards and in a timely manner.
Our 3 field service vehicles allow us to carry out onsite diagnostics and hydraulic hose replacements to get you moving sooner. Fully compliant with occupational health and safety legislation, we can come to you to provide a solution to any hydraulic or heavy duty problems you may have with your fixed or mobile plant.
With our large inventory of hydraulic components and fittings, as well as a range of industrial and agricultural parts, we will no doubt have the required items on hand to limit your down time. We use and recommend RYCO hose and fittings, Stucchi Hydraulic Couplings, Cross Hydraulic Components, QMN Hydraulic Cylinders, Filtrec Filtration, Valvoline Oils and Grease, Bareco Agricultural Parts, Alemlube refuelling components, greasing units and accessories, Bluescope steels, low pressure hose and fittings including air seeding hose. We also carry general consumables for welding, cutting, grinding as well as nuts, bolts, aerosol lubricants and much more.
